    （中央社記者啟峰高雄11日電）美國總統大選川普當選，台南市長賴清德今天說，在台美關係上，應把每一次的變化當作是一個新的機會，他相信不致變動太大，美國的外交等政策也應有其延續性。



    賴清德中午至五甲龍成宮參拜，接受媒體訪問做以上表示。

  • 他又說，這次台南地震南市府收到了43萬筆的善款，除寄送收據外，是沒有能力一一當面前去感謝。他今天到龍成宮來，這裡有這麼多信徒，他們就可感受到他的謝意，此行主要的意義在此，跟選舉沒有關係。







    賴清德上午分別前往高雄茄定區賜福宮、苓雅區關帝廟、鳳山區雙慈亭等大廟參香，下午則至鳳山五甲龍成宮向媽祖娘娘祈福並感謝主任委員黃振塊對台南地震的協助。

    賴清德說，相信美國不管誰當總統或哪一黨執政，他們的外交政策都有其延續性。美國是世界強國，是國際社會秩序的維護者，在這種重大責任之下，美國沒有辦法獨善其身，而應兼善天下，他相信美國對國際社會是有責任的，因此不至變動太大，任何政策都有其延續性。
